This research paper aims to examine the contributions of Maulana Syed Abul A'la Maududi (RA) regarding the authority (Hujjat) of Hadith in Islamic jurisprudence. Maududi, a renowned Islamic scholar and thinker, played a pivotal role in revitalizing the understanding and application of Hadith in the modern context. He emphasized the necessity of Hadith alongside the Quran for a comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings, law, and ethics.
