The Strategy of the Treatises of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) in the Context of Modern Contemporary Demands

Abstract

This research is based on Importance of agreement.Agreements between two  nations are important for the society. Society should follow the agreement for peace.There is no example of a strategy of agreement adopted by Prophet Muhammad. This agreement meet the requirments of the present era. The purpose of the treaty of Rasool  Allah was to  establish peace and order and brotherhood. These a greements have great importance in International laws.The Prophet adoted a strategy such as the treaty of Madina  to creat harmony between muslims and non muslims. Sule  Hadibiya  tells us that showing one temporarily gives benefit in future. the importance of these agreement was understood not only by Muslims but also by  non muslims. The contracts of  the Present era are temporary in nature which are valid for a  spacific period of time and when the interest are fulfiled these contracts are terminated.but the Importance of  the principles of treaty  that Islam has taught us  muslims can not be denied. Even after thousands of years have passed they still have the same importance and status a s they have from first day.
