Shariah Implementation and Afghanistan's Phase-by-Phase Review

Abstract

Afghanistan is a landlocked country located in the central and southern part of Asia, i.e. it is landlocked. The history of Afghanistan begins with five hundred years before Christ. Its largest population consists of Pashtuns, that's why the word Afghan is used only for Pashtuns in history. The name of Afghanistan is first mentioned in the world geography in the 10th century book "Hudud al-Alam". It was given the status of an independent state in 1919 under the Anglo-Afghan Treaty. In the last days of Khilafah-e-Rashida, Hazrat Abd al-Rahman bin Samra r.a. advanced in Afghanistan and won victories and the Afghan nation also took Islam as their savior. In every period of Islamic rule, the propagation of Islam in Afghanistan was strengthened. There is no concept of leadership and governance in Afghanistan. No leader or group is unable to unite the country and the division of Afghanistan is also mixed, including ethnic, communal, rural, urban, educated, uneducated, armed. And without arms i.e. keeping arms has also become their identity. Thus, the Afghan people are currently being targeted by the world, especially the United States, who believe that Islam is a religion of violence. But the protection of Afghanistan itself is very beneficial for the Islamic world and especially for Pakistan. Therefore, peace and order in this region and religious traditions and national unity are the most important need of the hour. This research deals with study of implification of Sharih compliance in different regims that helps to suggest the future of this land.
