Abstract

Many Countries are keen on selecting Educational systems and scrutinizing educational programs at various stages, Especially for Non-native Arabic Language Learners, in order to ensure the proper formation of Students and learners of this category, with attention to Strategies that support the achievement of all the goals set forth in these systems, in line with the labor market. the National Economy or the industry of civilization and the improvement of the standard of living in the post-formation and Education stage; However, the success of the Educational program for these people is not enough without an audited program for tests, examinations and evaluations, and from it the learnings and acquisitions are invested and the competencies are classified. The facilitators and between the objectives pre-established in the curricula and decisions and the results associated with them.
