Abstract

Islam is the religion of the welfare of all mankind. A study of the Sira of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) reveals clear principles concerning collective justice which help to improve human behavior in modern times. We can only return to the right path by pointing out the changes that have taken place in your blessed era and present. That sacred life is not just a biography of an individual. Rather, it is a mirror of the greatest religion. In his life we ​​can read the translation of Quran in the language of action. And in the light of this, we can determine the difficult paths of collective revolution and with this we can determine our course of action, the paths on which humanity can walk to the paradise of Islamic way of life. By following these instructions, the people of Islam also saw the beautiful age of rise and disregarded them and today disgrace is everywhere. Our destruction is due to abandoning the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is the distance from justice and justice. Everyone is taking the law into their own hands and influencing the justice system. In this research paper, the study of the concept and importance of collective justice in the light of the teachings of the Prophet is being presented.
